Experience in software (incl. SaaS), hardware, and other industries from startups (>10m revs, >30 FTEs), growth (>50m revs, >400 FTEs, >5 directs, total team size >40 FTEs, >5 legal entities) to established enterprises (>1bn revs, >6,000 FTEs, >5 directs, total team size >150 FTEs, >200 legal entities). Track record of originating and closing equity financings, bank credit lines, debt, and structured financings. Managed M&A projects (buy- and sell-side), post-merger integrations, corporate restructurings, financing transactions, process improvements, accelerated monthly close, established treasury processes, and led digitalization projects across multiple finance departments. Ability to work across all finance and administration disciplines. Proven areas of expertise include FP&A, metrics, reporting, cost management, budget control, M&A, business modeling, forecasting, cash management, German GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, due diligence, corporate law, domestic and international tax law, change management, digital transformation, people & culture. Excellent communicator, team player and collaborative leader with experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, e.g. shareholders, board members, banks, advisors, works councils.
