The Finance Innovation team I am leading is responsible for implementing a strategy for Finance digitalization, further centralization of Finance activities and P2P process enhancements. In our continuous aim for building a highly effective and efficient finance organization, we see digitalization (i.e. Robot Process Automation and Supplier platform solutions) as a crucial element in our strategy.

In this role I was responsbile for the definition and adjustment of the global model for Finance, Controlling and R&D during the introduction of SAP Enterprise. I led the global FICO-team and the implementation and follow-up support of our pilot roll out in UK.

As the Finance CoE lead, I was responsible to set up a new team to run diverse Finance process and system improvements like the conversion of charts of accounts in 13 EU countries to the global Teva CoA, the O2C Integration of all European Actavis corporations or the introduction of an online top management dashboards for DE/AT.
